Who is eligible for Playoffs? Any Requirements?

Yes - There are two factors to be eligible for Playoffs. (A) - Players must be registered as "Full-Time" Players rostered on Team Page with an assigned uniform number AND (B) - The Player had to play in six (6) Regular Season games.
Players who were considered "Part-Time" or "Subs" but are now "Full-Time" due to Players leaving  must be converted to "Full-Time" Status on the website and still have played in the six games. Questions on this matter should be relayed to Division Head to clear up any situations prior to Playoffs.

Does my Team need matching uniforms? Can we wear just same color?

The PPHL does not allow Teams to wear just any uniform. Teams are REQUIRED to wear matching uniforms with numbers assigned to each Player, regardless of Player status (Full-time, Part-time, or Sub). The PPHL has a strict policy on uniforms in order to identify Players at all times, as well as provide real-time stats while in games.
Team Captain is required to have matching uniforms by Game #2 of the Season. IF Team does not have matching uniforms by Game #2, the PPHL will charged the Team $250.00 and provide basic PPHL uniforms to the Team that will be worn for remainder of Season unless Team receives customers uniforms at some point in the Season.

If Team gets custom uniforms during Season, it is the duty of the Team Captain to immediately update their Team Page within the Leagues website. If the PPHL is unable to identify Players and their game counts, they can become uneligible for Playoffs. Contact your Division Head so he/she is aware of this situation.

What happens in situation when weather related issues cancel games? How does the PPHL handle this?

The PPHL tries to monitor the weather throughout the morning and mid-day. Decisions are made between 3pm - 5pm on whether or not games are going to be postponed or not. The PPHL waits for the rinks to make decisions to shut down rinks - IF rinks stay open, the PPHL will attempt to continue to play on unless the situation will put Teams in harms way while traveling to the rinks.

IF PPHL decides to postpone games, the Division Heads of each Leagues Division will contact the Team Captains who are playing that evening to notify that the game is postponed. The PPHL will work with both Team Captains to coordinate a future date to play the postponed game.
